Heat-resistant nuts
Heat-resistant nuts have a high-strength structure. Due to their high resistance to fracture and creep when exposed to high temperatures, they are suitable for connecting parts of boilers, steam-gas turbines and internal combustion engines. Heat-resistant nuts are manufactured in accordance with GOST 1759-70 from steels of grades 25X, 35X, 40X, 09G2S, 30XMA, 12x18N10T and others. This standard also specifies the requirements for nuts regarding their appearance, dimensions, mechanical properties and marking. In addition, heat-resistant nuts are manufactured with additional requirements for temperature resistance according to GOST 9064-75 (for operation at temperatures from 0 to 650 ° C for flange connections) and according to GOST 10495-80 (for operation under high pressure conditions from 10 to 100 MPa).
High-strength nuts
Nuts of this type must comply with the requirements of GOST R 52645-2006. In the production of high-strength nuts, alloying additives are used, thanks to which the metal acquires anticorrosive properties, becomes elastic, resistant to acidic environments, to mechanical and temperature influences. Such physico-chemical properties of the material allow the use of high-strength nuts for connecting parts used in the chemical industry, as well as designed for a long service life.
