FOUNDATION BOLTS

GOST 24379-2012; TU 1290-001-38891355-2014

Foundation bolts are designed to attach the main building structure to a massive inelastic solid base or to install engineering devices during their long-term operation.

The foundation anchor bolt is a rod having a thread at one end and a special device holding the connecting element with the arc of the side.

The linear range of fasteners consists of elements that differ structurally, the method of installation in the base, the method of fastening in the foundation, and manufactured, depending on the operating conditions.

Classification by design:

- Bent foundation bolt;
- bolt with anchor tile;
- the anchor bolt is removable;
- straight anchor bolt;
- foundation anchor bolt with a conical end.

According to the installation method

Foundation bolts are classified into elements installed before the base is filled with concrete and on fasteners installed in finished wells or wells.

According to the fixing method:

- direct contact interaction (studs or anchor plates) with the base of the structure;
- fixation with siloxane or epoxy glue or cement-sand mixtures
- using expansion collets.

Under operating conditions:

- foundation design bolt;
- structural bolt.

As material for elements serves the high-strength tempered steel (from the 3rd grade of steel to 12H15G9ND) having the high class of durability (4.6 - 6.6) resistant to explosive efforts. For resistance to corrosion processes, the elements are galvanized. In case of cold operation of the fixed equipment, frost-resistant steel (09G2S) shall be selected as the material of the foundation bolts. Fasteners are manufactured as per GOST 24379.0-2012, 24379.1-2012, TU 1290-001-38891355-2014. The length of the fasteners is from 100 mm, with diameters from M20 to M110. It is possible to produce foundation bolts according to special parameters. The value of the order is determined by contract.
